Overall they are surprisingly comfortable, they are a little lowcut on the gat, but that's more down to end user than the product. It's amazing that in this day and age, that we are so advanced in technology but up till now there has not been a well thought out and meticulously designed piece of underwear for men's pouches! Until now.
I love the pouch, and I love the longer length trunks that these offer (no riding up). 2 things that are so hard to find on any other trunks.
The fit is perfect, the material is cotton, which is amazing, and the feel of your pouch not being squashed is the cherry on top.
